Special Events
- Directions to Abundant Life Church. From Interstate 40, go North on Mt Juliet Road (Exit 226B coming from Nashville, and Exit 226 -turning right - coming from Knoxville), and continue until light number 5 and turn right. From Lebanon Pike, go south on Mt Juliet Road (Right beside Rite-Aid), continue to light number 5 and take a left. The church will be on your right immediately behind Celebration Lutheran.
- STARTING TIME FOR OUR SUNDAY GATHERING!! Please make a note that our starting time for the Sunday Gathering is 9:30 a.m.
- The Home Group meeting at the Hullett's is now meeting on Thursday nights.
- Beginning August 7th, Rob Shearer will be moderating a Prayer Room at ALC from 12:00 pm. til 12:30 p.m. each Thursday until the November elections. Come join us in corporate prayer for our nation, community, and church family.
- August 5th, The Maker's Diet Classes begin. Billy Paul Jones will be conducting this class on eating well and feeling good through proper diet. Classes will begin at 6:30 p.m. each Tuesday night for the next 8 weeks, concluding on September 23rd. For more information, call the church office.
- September 21st - Old Fashioned Picnic after the service to raise funds for the Harvest Carnival. Cost will be $10 per adult and $5 per child 12 and under.
- Abundant Life Church Men's Golf Tournament. October 19th at Cedar Crest Golf Course http://www.cedarcrestgolfclub.net/ The start time is 1:00 p.m. immediately following the morning service. If you are interested, call the church office at 754-7035 to sign up. Cost will be $50 per person and that includes lunch and prizes.
- October 26th - Harvest Carnival @ Charlie Daniels Park. Games, hayrides, music, chili cook-off and food.

The women of excellence of Abundant Life Church meet once a month for fellowship and teaching. Other events, such as attending conferences and retreats, are scheduled on a yearly basis. This ministry is led by Anita Crosby and Doris Bratcher. For more information, email us or contact the church at 615-754-7035.

The Care Team is a service ministry of ALC. Anne Neville leads a
dynamic group of volunteers who minister to the needs of the elderly,
ill and shut-in of our church and community. They provide support
services such as meals, visitation and transportation.

SonFun is the ongoing children's ministry of Abundant Life Church. SonFun is held each Sunday morning encompassing Nursery - 12 years of age. Son Fun is led by Pati Carmichael.

Ministry - Praise and Worship |
One of the most important components of our Mission Statement is that
of anointed praise and worship. Our Worship Team is led by Don
Poythress and assisted by Jim Laverde. Don and Jim are
accompanied by a number of anointed and gifted musicians and singers,
whose role it is to collectively lead us into the Presence of God
through praise and worship.

Youth on Fire is a dynamic group of Junior High and High School students who are called to service and outreach whether locally or internationally. These young people continually serve their church, community and world through missions trips, services projects and discipleship. Youth on Fire is currently being led by interim Youth Pastor, Marko Radenkovic. They meet on Wednesday's at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary of Abundant Life Church.
